Shipping Policy

 

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) except for customized products which may take up to three weeks to ship. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

There may be delays that are out of our control, such as high volumes of orders or postal service problems. In these situations, we will try to get your products to you as soon as possible.  

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipping costs will be based on the weight of the product.  Free shipping for orders over $150.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following International countries:

United States

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipping costs will be based on the weight and dimensions of the product.

Estimated delivery time: 8 – 20 days, based on location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Organization Pros Inc. is not responsible for these charges. The charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@theorganizationpros.ca with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@theorganizationpros.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
